All sales made through MISFITWRLD are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your item arrived damaged

  • Your item has a manufacturing defect

Please make sure all order information, including sizing and shipping details, is correct before completing your purchase.


WRONG, DEFECTIVE, OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you received the wrong item, a defective product, or your package arrived damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at:

Include the following in your email:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos/videos showing the problem

Once we review your request, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. Approved cases may qualify for a replacement item depending on product availability.


EXCHANGES

We only offer exchanges if:

  • You received the wrong size from what was ordered

  • You received the wrong item

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Worn or washed items

SHIPPING ISSUES

MISFITWRLD is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier
