  1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns:
    We can only process returns or refunds for items that arrive damaged, defective, or if the wrong size or item was shipped. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any issues. We cannot accept returns for items that are in perfect condition or if you simply changed your mind.

  2. Pre-Order Items:
    For pre-order items, production and shipping can take up to 3-6 weeks due to high demand. If your order is delayed or arrives with any defects, we will assist you as best as we can. However, we cannot accept cancellations for pre-order items once they have been processed. If there are any significant delays or shipping issues, we will notify you promptly and provide updates.

  3. How to Request a Refund or Return:
    If you believe your item is eligible for a return or refund, please email us at misfitwrldbrand@gmail.com with your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue. If you received a damaged or defective item, please include photos for faster processing. Once we assess your situation, we will guide you through the return or refund process.

  4. Return Shipping Costs:
    If you are returning an item due to damage, defects, or receiving the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., wrong size chosen), you will be responsible for the return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns to ensure safe delivery.

  5. Refund Processing:
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

  6. Exchanges:
    Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for different sizes, colors, or products. We suggest reviewing our size charts before purchasing, and if you’re unsure about sizing, feel free to reach out to us for guidance.

  7. Damaged or Defective Items:
    If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will either offer a replacement or refund, depending on your preference. Be sure to send photos of the damage for verification.

  8. Late or Missing Refunds:
    If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank or credit card provider. If you still have not received it, contact us at misfitwrldbrand@gmail.com, and we will help resolve the issue.
