ORDER TYPES

PRE-MADE + READY TO SHIP ITEMS

Most MISFITWRLD products are pre-made and ready to ship unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Items labeled:

“Pre-Made + Ready to Ship”

ship within:

  • 3–7 business days

after your order is placed.


MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Some products are produced after the order is placed. These items will be clearly indicated on the product page.

Made-to-order items typically arrive within:

  • 8–14 business days

This timeframe includes production and shipping time.

Please understand that made-to-order products require additional processing to ensure quality and accuracy.


PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

During high-volume drops, launches, or holiday periods, processing and shipping times may experience slight delays. We appreciate your patience and support.


SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after shipment.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

MISFITWRLD offers international shipping.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, duties, or additional charges required by their country.

  • MISFITWRLD is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

  • We do not offer refunds for packages refused due to unpaid customs fees.


LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Once your order has been shipped and handed over to the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.), MISFITWRLD is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

However, if an issue occurs, we will do our best to assist you in contacting the carrier and resolving the situation.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging


INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

MISFITWRLD is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
